see Princeton Physicist William Happer on how the saturation of CO2 has already occurred and cannot, therefore, have any material effect on temperature
True. We have CO2 at 420 ppm(.042%) of atmospheric gases. Water vapor at 1% far outweighs the CO2 not only in concentration but in greenhouse effect. Both CO2 and water vapor needless to say are essential for all like on earth. Neither are pollutants. Per William Happer and other Physicists if we doubled the CO2 concentration to 800 ppm the effect on temperature would be negligible because the saturation point for CO2 has been reached. On the other hand increased CO2 would stimulated growth of green plants through the carbon cycle and increase food supplies on earth. We could use more CO2. If the earth warms or cools further it will be because of the sun which actually determines energy input to planet earth.
