I'm inspired ! And I have gotten over needing a lot of approval, I now know what I can bring to the table. I compete with myself but while helping others. I don't put myself out, I know my limitations. I do go home knowing I did well and I get a thank u, at least once a week, and I really dont need it, cause I'm still there, on the job. but it is nice to hear a thank u. And I stay open for "constructive" criticism.
