As you can hear, it's definitely not Graffin's final vocal track, but rather a scratch vocal, providing reference to the rest of the band while recording the music. Also listen closely to Brian's solo that starts at 1:07. Although it seems intentional, he actually started too early. Apparently they liked it this way and they kept it in.

I like rough Mix - sounds a Bit like how could hell be any worse - and thats's a good thing :)
It also seems they added a few extra notes in the final mix.
I'd love to dub Jay from this on to the official version.
