I had a cat that needed attention all the time. The key is to get them a bed they really like so they aren't always on your lap (or stuff some of your pants with filling & some kind of dual heater, maybe for feet/slippers), then once they are asleep, you can go at it. Its essentially an alternative parents with small child, sex plan!

To explain the "for evil part" I know the opening of "HELLO THERE!
