You mentioned rfid for security. The better use for rfid with the dial is for setting it up for music playback as you wanted. You can pre program NFC tags for different songs, playlist etc and then swipe them on the dial to start your music.

Ooooh, good call! I've definitely wanted to build something like that before, but hadn't thought of using this as the base. It really would be a great use case.

I’ve got one of these and can’t get it into boot mode, “secure download mode is enabled” running m5burner on MacBook. Please make a video of how to do it in detail if u can as there aren’t any video like this. A few shorts but nothing explaining the process. Please help.

I'm sure you'll figure this out by the time you do your next video on it, but I thought id share just in case anyways; the Cardputer has TWO BATTERIES!
You can actually use it without the backpack! I was kinda hoping you'd flip the switch and be surprised in this video, lol. The front case houses a tin, main battery, and there are people using it without the backpack 😁

i got mines last week, it's pretty cool.... flipper zero is way more practical. there are some firmware for this device. Also you can only burn one app at a time. each time you burn one app, the latest app overrides the previous app. However, you can save the apps you want on your SD card if you want to switch from one to another. The easiest way to do this is buy burning M5 Launcher onto your cardputer...

Those are Aeropex, aren't they? I love those things; I wear mine pretty much all day.
Cool products from M5Stack! I might grab one of those dials; I always wanted to hack my Nest, but this would be much easier to use.

They are Aeropex! Or rather, the newer OpenRun Pro model I got after finally running my old Aeropex into the ground... Really great tech; I've never had a more comfortable and practical pair of headphones. :)

@@HacksterIo I agree! I've been using Aftershokz since the Trex Titanium. I was disappointed that the beeps on the Aeropex don't change in volume like they did on the Trex Titanium though... Is the OpenRun Pro better in that regard?

I had 2 pairs of trekz titanium, and both broke in unknown ways while stored in their bag :(
I wish they came with a hard case or something. They were amazing when I had them, but so expensive and fragile :’) maybe I'll try one of the newer ones at some point.

If you are filming a gadget that has too bright a display, try to shine more light on the gadget. Bring your lamp closer or get a second lamp, too. If the gadget is too dim, then decrease your lighting. When unboxing and turning on a new gadget, pause the filming and adjust your lighting to match that of the gadget's screen. That makes you look more professional, and us viewers happier. 🙂
