It isnt imo its a real hammer joke in the movie as we have seen how iron man tech is miniaturised and unrealistic right? So im sure his suit could launch it right.
No where did Hammer say it was a supersonic weapon. Just that it was kinetic, which means all its energy/destructive power comes from its movement. Though the following statement ending in "rdx burst" to me implies that it is not a kinetic weapon but your typical explosive variety missile. Either way the way it was mounted to Rody it would have been useless to use while in flight.
Also if u remember right, hammer upgraded the suit for hammer weapons which would mean he even screwed up his own missile

The two wrist lasers he fired to kill all the robot we're also used in the first avengers to cut the debris out of the shield ship that was blocking the turbine from spinning. Interesting detail to note was that he was capable of firing one of them at a time and the other two scenes he fired both and discharge them. in the turbine scene he fired one and discharged it from his wrist.

A scene which should be recognized
First scene where natasha Romanoff appeared and Tony start searching about her while she was in the ring.
Tony learned she knew latin, worked in Tokyo being model, nastasha realised that she can get exposed of being spy and shift his attention by knocking happy on floor.
Maybe all that info was fake. But it was practically impossible to expose her. But still great attention mate!

If you compare the Mjolnir from Thor 1 and that ragnarok you will see that the handle at the bottom is different. There's a behind the scenes of a movie that Chris Hemsworth breaks the handle and so they might have changed it that's why it's different

In that scene, he uses the lasers to cut through some metal jamming things up, then ejects the 'cartridge' of the spent laser. Showing that he took War Machine's suggestion and made a system where he could use the system more than once. Evolving to continue to be useful by Endgame with his nano-suit able to just create laser cartridges as needed.
the fact they showed the evolution of his suits in this particular way (upgrading them to cover exposed weaknesses from film to film) makes me respect their work so much more.

One of the biggest 'pausable' moments in the MCU occurred an entire decade ago, at the end of Iron Man 2, when Nick Fury and Tony discuss how the latter isn’t fit to become a part of the ‘Avengers’ initiative.
In the background, was a map which showed four ‘hotspots’ on it, all of which meant something major either as easter eggs or future storylines.
The first spot was placed in New Mexico, where they were about to find Thor’s hammer. Second, was in South America, where Bruce Banner lived at the time. The third spot was in eastern Africa as a foreshadow for Black Panther and Wakanda.
Finally, the fourth spot was in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, which many believe, was a heads up for Namor, a character Marvel Studios doesn’t have the rights to. May be they can show the Shield Prison Break storyline from Avengers comic book in which all super villains were kept.
I don't know if the timeline is right but the Atlantic Ocean could have possibly been Captain America?

A kinetic-kill missile means that the missile doesn't carry an explosive payload. The ex-wife is basically a guided bullet designed to reach supersonic speeds to make an impact hard enough to punch through the enemy fortification, or as Hammer put it, "bust the bunker under the bunker you just busted." Yes, Rodey's fault for improper weapon use, but perhaps he assumed that the weapon would have a higher muzzle velocity to begin with. Also, since it has no explosive warhead, all destructive force would have been concentrated on Whiplash and wouldn't have hurt Rodey and Tony.

Big fan of your channel. My daughter and I just watched this movie again, in normal speed, and found three more details for you.
In the opening skydive thru the fireworks Tony gets hit by a firework and it knocks him back and off camera. Seconds later after he recovers he suddenly spin dodges another firework that explodes right next to him. Showing that he's already adapted to dodging the fireworks. But the real detail is later in the movie. When the army drones start firing at Tony he does the same spin maneuver and dodges the shots but the air force drones behind him don't and one gets shot down.
The 2nd detail has to do with the wrist lasers. When Tony is synthesizing the new element he has to aim a laser at the new reactor core. When the laser starts slicing through the walls and everything else he says "Whoops", implying he didnt know that was going to happen. But I believe that is the inspiration for the wrist lasers. He saw what that laser could do during the experiment and immediately built it into his suit.
Third, when Tony gets wrapped by the whips in both fight scenes his suit takes damage. But by the Avengers movie, when he faces Thor, his suit doesn't take the electrical damage. Instead the suit absorbs the energy. Later, in End Game, his suit opens on his back to accept more lightning from Thor. But I think it's all a lesson he learned from his fights with Ivan.

This is about Avengers: Infinity War. People have said that when Gamora stabbed Thanos, he was bleeding purple blood, which indicated that it was a clone. But at the end of Infinity War, when Thor stabbed Thanos in the chest, his blood was purple then as well.

The scene where they fight the hammer drones in the dome, before they battle you can see iron man and war machine closing their face plates, if you look closely the lights in warmachines eyes turn on a little bit after his faceplate closes, but tony's instantly turns on as soon as its closed, showing how advanced and faster his mark 6 suit is compared to the mark 2/war machine
There's a scene in Doctor Strange where Stephen is in his car and his colleague, Billy says that "an Air Force colonel crush his lower spine in some sort of experimental armour." In Iron Man 2, during the court room scene, an experimental armour test was seen on the TV screen by Justin Hammer and the person in the armour twists his spine in the video footage.

i highly doubt he still in hospital for 6 years, and is the war machine suit really that experimental, sure it can be upgraded, but its still good enough to sell without any tech complaints, only death from this suit complaints

The suitcase as I recall is a node to when Tony when his identity as Iron Man was more secretive, from the opening of the 90's cartoon when I was growing up.
He had the ability to unfold a suitcase to wear the iron man suit at a moments notice.
That was a nice nod but I know there was a reference to that in the comics since my history on Marvel is rusty.
The little boy wearing the iron man helmet was said to be Peter Parker at a younger age in the MCU, course this was a theory at the time so maybe?

Actually in that scene Tony wasn't in the Iron Man suit. He remotely controlled the suit from somewhere else. That's why it didn't really put extra pressure on the sofa - coz the suit is empty. MY OPINION 😁
He wasn't in the suir at that time..he was controlling from his headset....and mk 42 is light weight as mentioned by tony already
