Note: If you jump over a Stalagmite, you get half a Heart Damage, and when you fall from more High, the damage is worse.
Fixed it: and when you fall from higher up, the more damage you take

For those who are wondering, this is possible to do in vanilla. You need to use the /attributes and set the ‘Generic Health’ to 1, and the next time you take damage, your health bar will be reduced to half a heart.

When he made it to the trees, he had to turn the wood into a boat and boat down the mountain because you don't take fall damage in a boat
