I'd personally love to see this experiment but in a smaller country, like Luxembourg or something. See if the team gets better continentally and maybe the national side too.
Maybe even better: make every team in a small competition have perfect staff and facilities, and see how far the country can reach in the UEFA ranking.
Please insert columns for CA and PA in the Senior Squad list; then we can see everyone and you don't have to click individually on each player's PA yourself. Great experiment btw!
Swansea saved Chelmsford twice! Both at the last game of the season. First time was during the season when you got 21st avoiding relegation. Chelmsford was 22nd until the final match vs Swansea. You guys beat them and avoided the drop. This allowed you guys to be a mainstay in the championship and now they've let you in the playoffs and finally the premier league. Swansea is the kingmaker of this experiment 😂

One thing you can do to find players from Chelmsford who made it big is search players according to club trained at, or whatever that thing is called and then sort via PA.
Nagor Amir is the name of one of the top referees in Malaysian Super League! It is quite hilarious to see FM use his name as a newgen name, eventhough I am sure newgen's name are random.
Think this could be an interesting save. Crazy owner comes in, buys a Vanarama club, puts all the money into academy, training and coaches. Maybe could then do a self imposed transfer ban and can only use academy players.
Would the fans be mad that a club has a rich owner that uses his money for academies, training, and coaches and ONLY use academy players? LIke man city but minus buying top-class players
Just looking at my sim. Playing Weymouth. Now in the 2022-23 season. Your "friend" Dan Ormsby, was a 20/21 regen for Plymouth - but a horrible player with a CA of 28 and a PA of 33. At 170 cm and 67 kg, playing as a striker, he may not have much of a career. But at 18 years old for the 2022/23 season, he has an astonishing 18 rating for teamwork, a 12 Pace, 12 Work Rate, 13 Acceleration, and 15 aggression, but all other attributes are sub 10. Also interesting, despite a 28 CA and 33 PA, the game suggests a RECOMMENDED CA of 41. Possibly he will develop? Will have to keep checking.

im sorry but this save is annoying me slightly. so much money in the bank yet nothing is being spent to improve the side. perhaps make 1 or 2 manual signings to help boost the club

Also...should check Karamoko Dembele's potential in your save, cause there is no way Everton should Ever get his signature. He's got a negative potential so he can be "average' in some saves...In my most recent, though, he had 188 potential. Signed him for 6 mill. lol

This is a great experiment. It sort of feels like Football Owner 2020 rather than manager, just watching without any input.

As this seems to be popular I may do a Part 4 where I simulate quite far into the future!

There is some tool where if you search players by where they trained you can look at all the players that came through your club
You should give notes to youth intake players (or shortlist them) so you can track where they are 5-10 years later.
