- Hello Hello! I am back with my 78th video on this channel, and I realised that for the last 15 videos, none of them have been solely focused on a male character (since Claude Frollo) so I guess that's very un-inclusive of me... so here we are, I present to you this video covering the true King of Far Far Away, Prince Charming!
I'm pretty modest but I want to say that I'm happy with this video and the edits I have done with it... because the previous videos I've done recently haven't been up to my own standards :(

I genuinely feel bad for him, he was promised a life he never got even tho he *actually* put all his effort to get. He thought he would get a happy ending with Fiona but instead a random guy got the princess, glory and admiration that was meant for him.
The cherry on top? WATCHING HIS MOM GETTING KILLED RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM
His villain arc was more than understandable 💅🏻

Fun fact: Charming’s voice actor Rupert Everett, had originally auditioned for Gaston in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, but he supposedly didn’t get the role because he didn’t sound arrogant enough. He seemed to have token that criticism to heart and improved. Jennifer Saunders, Fairly godmothers voice actress also auditioned for the role of Ursula from the Little mermaid as well.
Richard White was the best in that role. he is classically trained and played the Phantom of the Opera. He has a powerful voice. One of my favorite opera singers.
And Shrek actually got worked on by Disney rejects, factually 😂

Let’s be real, Prince Charming stepped up BIG in Shrek 3 being the main villain. This man got smart and used the hate of the other villains to take over the kingdom. He went from mamas boy to the biggest threat in the kingdom.

One thing I will always praise is the work dreamworks put into their animation for Shrek it’s just perfect! The characters, the expressions, the clothing, the behaviors, the little details, just everything is perfect!
