Reminds of 2 different lawyers. One screamed and shouted till they were red in the face. A lot of fist slamming and finger pointing. The other said almost nothing. She'll say/do/ promise anything if it gets her a inch congress. The moment it turns into logical discussion, she knows she doesn't have a leg to stand on so she'll shift the topic into an emotional specific sob story rather than answer the question, because emotions are powerful and importantly more memorable than logic. The one problem I see with her is her refusal to debate anybody off the conservative side. She is educated but uneducated and this is dangerous. Reminds of 2 different lawyers.
One screamed and shouted till they were red in the face. A lot of fist slamming and finger pointing.
The other said almost nothing. Just gave the judge a piece of paper that showed a precedent that the judge had already ruled in favor of the client situation in a different case.
Both lawyers one. Both did pretty much the same thing. But the the first lawyer that was more theatrical about it, and also charged x5 the hourly rate.
The reality is that most clients don't understand the legal system in detail enough, but prefer the lawyer that is "sticking it to the man" for them. They use confidence as a proxy for expertise.
That is what AOC is, she knows she doesn't make sense, and she doesn't care. She gets a cushy job, with super great pension by making people who support her "feel" like they are being represented, by screaming and shouting. She'll say/do/ promise anything if it gets her a inch congress.
The moment it turns into logical discussion, she knows she doesn't have a leg to stand on so she'll shift the topic into an emotional specific sob story rather than answer the question, because emotions are powerful and importantly more memorable than logic.
Sadly she's brilliant at it. She'll probably go far in politics. Don't hate on her. Dont' hate on her base either. Educate/help those that fund/support/vote for her, that if they actually listen to her, she will ride United States off a cliff, and leave future generations to pick up the pieces.
