It does come apart and into separate pieces. The Scooter model as seen in this video is partly inflatable so it compacts down in that sense. Then the mast (keel) come off as does the wings that make up the hydro foil. Fliteboard has crafted some pretty impressive storage bags. For this shoot we were on a 24 center console that we used to get to and from the shooting location, and had 8 passengers, 4 boards, extra batteries and camera gear aboard.
