I am planning to buy new camera, I am a photographer but In future also planning to do videography, I mostly do weddings, corporate events and kids shoot, portfolio shoot. I am a Nikon user, currently having Nikon D750, I am planning to switch to mirrorless camera but I am confused I have 2lac Rs budget and I want to buy camera which is capable to do video as well as stills my friends are suggesting me to switch to Sony as they all use sony and truly speaking after watching the Pros and cons of Sony A7IV I am convinced too but confused too should I leave nikon or not, I own lenses 85mm 24-120mm and 50mm But I dont have budget to buy Nikon Z7II i can buy Z6II (what I am thinking is I should buy sony A7III or sony A7IV for video and keep on using Nikon D750 as my second camera ).

Thank you! I would recommend A7S iii if you're more into videos and you take photos for web publishing only (no physical print)..its a wonderful camera a true king however if you want a hybrid camera then A7IV is the best.

In India a7iv also over heats. We have to push sony to end artificial temperature limit to end. It is just like laptop manufactures expire healty batteries with a chip, if we remove adapter pin 400-500 times to fool that we have recharge battery 400 times for a new battery. Looks like a sensor or software plus sensor sensing that a7iv is using to limit a7iv recording times. I have a6400 it never overheats but so expensive a7iv. what are companies doing fooling us to believe that same heat sink a7siii is better than a7iv or just a market fake to put in parallel with R6 which has same issue.
So in that case we should go for a camera with an active cooling setup (buit-in fan) sepcially those who shoot's in the harsh environment. Camera like R5C, GH6 or S1H might look bulky but i am aure they'll not disappoint us in terms of heat management
@@TaruunRJhaPHOTOGRAPHY Tarun ji yes GH6 is better and S1h is very good. I am not advocating this brand but saving my hard earn money. As per my research in India we buy a brand firstly because we already had used it and we have to sell in second hand market means selling in future we keep in mind. It has nothing to do with sensor size, low light as all have porta lights no one shoot in jungle at in evening, night like wildlife photograpers do. Second is market reach made by brand company it is just like where you will find coke to drink it is hard to find pepsi kind of game. Companies make selling strategies like that in neighbouring states in India. So, option left with public is jo acha mil raha hai sabke pass hai wo khareed lo. USA ki tarah India mein airport ya big malls ke ilawa public new cameras try nahi kar sakti nahi to bade bade model fail ho jaate. Indian market is bigger than abroad but companies know that here people can't afford easily or they buy on loan so they never care to showcase new models except in seminars where already they take modified models. Abroad mein 30 days ki buyback milti hai which is absent in India. So, we Indians have to stop buying product if huge priced but value is poor or worse. Money is ours, we have to start testing first before buying.

It is value for money based on money and per GB storage plus computing-processing price of data. If you add GH6 with it or S1h with a6400 for video to it will be a killer complete combination : > 4k high aspect ratio mil raha hai, active cooling mil rahi hai, ibis handheld mil raha hai, and per GB store aur process karne ki value mil rahi hai jo future mein memory space ki problem solve karte hain within cameras to buy cfexpress costly cards, raw support, prores. So, these two cameras cover all scenarios from fast moving subject both in photo/video. But I know hype videos and no market showcase of models where we public will fail to make our best choice and then go for buying. I hope you are getting what I want to say.

Yup totally agreed! But most of the photographer/cinematographer's in india dont think about all these aspect while making their purchase decision and they end up buying camera which shoots at higer resolution / huge megapixel files hence cmaeras like R5 become famous quickly although on field they failed terribly.
This age of technology. Guy this are protypes camera produced in large scale. And this hype or trending thing Compel this creators to come up with videos with specs on papers and boasting about the product without even reviewing the physical and real-world application. This is Rush to best camera Will only lead to Black hole and you keep falling into it.
I respect your thoughts buddy but we all have the right to know what's going around the tech world especially those who are still facing the language barrier and don't understand English. As per your guideline to teach astronomy a professor has to visit space first or to teach aeronautical engineering one has to own a rocket or a plane..but unfortunately, the world doesn't work like that. Anyways I understand everyone is different and we all have different approaches toward life.. so I respect your point of view here.
