- We go through the details and show off Mazda's brand new 2014 Mazda6 sedan. Steve takes it for a drive to see how it feels in person and shows us the interior and exterior features. Brought to you by Rosenthal Arlington Mazda and Gaithersburg Mazda.
This guy's review of this car is awesome almost sounds like an advertisement.. This car sold me once I saw one drive by me and I instantly said I want one of those. Its styling is that beautiful in person.
It is an advertisement. I mean Steve is great, and should be in Hollywood; including the camera operator and audio engineer . But for now he represents Rosenthal Automotive which sells every car-brand he "reviews".
I never even would've glanced at a Mazda before but this thing is amazing. The looks, the interior and kudos to Mazda for making an extremely efficient engine without having to resort to turbocharging.
this is truly one of the best reviews i have ever seen. its a shame i live in germany because this video would make me walk to arlington to buy one if if i lived there.
I have had my Grand Touring 6 since Sunday, 2 days, and am amazed by it. Handling is great, ride is crisp, but not jarring, has plenty of power, is put together like a Rolls, and just exudes quality. And, for the Price, it is a quiet bargain. If you are looking for a mid size, or even a full size car, definitely look at the Mazda6.

What's amazing about the mazda 6 is the fact that it is a family midsize car and it looks that good. It's not trying hard to like the fusion is. Great styling.

I remember how cheap and tinny Mazdas looked and felt just over a decade ago though they did drive well. What a transformation though in terms of exterior and interior design. Of course this Mazda will be fun to drive as all Mazdas.

Some car reviewers on youtube try to be fast and show up their passion for the car like trying to put hard down the gas pedal and screaming or driving through the corners like racing driver, I'm get bored :)). My dad as a 09 mazda 6, and I love it, my mom let me drive it for practice (my dad was mad, didn't want me scratch the ride) but Mazda's drive good and I love their beautiful design :) One day I'll own my own Mazda 6.

Sadly, I didn't buy it because it was out of my price range. But I'm going to buy the 2014 Mazda 3 instead. I still strongly recommend purchasing the Mazda 6.

Steve u talk about soul and style of the vehicle... id like to comment on the soul and style of ur reviews! Ur reviews are thoroughly enjoyable, and I agree with comments that say ur a stand up guy but id also like to comment on the vids, excellent visuals and audio - good job camera man!!
i used to like these reviews a lot but after a while i found out that this guy finds all cars beautifull, luxurious and great. But as long as i know not all cars are great

Thanks for the feedback. I understand your point of view. I believe all cars have certain qualities that stand out...whether it's styling for one, driving dynamics for another, tech amenities, etc. Then there are things like the "fun factor" which are totally personal. What I try to do is appreciate the vehicle's "whole package" overall, while denoting a few negatives here and there. Besides...If you've ever taken any form of public transportation you know - Every Car IS Beautiful..:) Steve

What a great review. So beautifully shot and so authentic. And thank goodness not too short, i hate those videos that are only like 2 to 3 minutes, what's the point of making those videos. Please don't make your videos too short, i enjoy your videos.

Best kept secret out there. Its just beautiful, has great mileage, load of latest technology that you need to pay big bucks in other more expensive cars! Waiting on diesel in USA! Bring the wagon too!!!

You always make me love any car you have reviewed.
This grown man grew up driving at 10 and 2...long before airbags made it a bit dangerous (your arms at 10-2 are more likely to be injured or smashed into your face during an accident). I continually adjust my hand positions on the wheel based upon comfort and the particular driving situation. I'm glad you find 10-2 "hilarious"...since you are obviously easily amused. But if you think I'm a "L.P." ...then think again my friend..:) Steve

Currently I only review new cars that we sell within our automotive group...but we've talked about doing some pre-owned vehicles as well. I'm not sure if or when we'd get into the older "cool" cars but that would be a lot of fun. Thanks for the suggestion..:) Steve
Hey Steve, what is the soundtrack in the background called? It plays at the beginning and the ending.
After driving a Protege for 15 years and putting 201K on it and now looking at Altimas and Accords, I am beginning to lean toward a 6. The video nudged me a little more in that direction.
I really like the new Mazda 3 but I love Mazda 6 better. The Kodo design looks better on the 6 to me. Getting mine in May.
I wish you could do weekly 40 min shows with a bunch of cars. :)
Steve, congratulations on the Rosenthal 40th Mazda Diamond Year! what a great `Ruby` Red colour to use for this Mazda 6 (preferences to an Audi A4 or A6 though?), love the start of the video you definately can super sell the lines of vehicles!

2014 seems to be a fantastic year for midsize cars in the styling department.

You mentioned the tub in the rear flooring, and seeing as it's a front wheel drive car it leads me to believe there's an all wheel drive MPS performance model on the way.

Beautiful car. I was all against buying new vehicles because now adays they are just not worth spending the money on. But when I saw the new Mazda I fell in love with it. This car is the nicest one I've had so far. The only draw back I see is the power compared to other car of same size and quality. But shouldn't be hard to boost it some how. I used to be in the car scene and this engine looks too easy to boost. plenty of space in the engine compartment. But overall, I love it. Niece review Sir!

The review seems a little repetitive compared to others done. For example, "the highly anticipated" has been heard enough times that it almost seems redundant. However, new concept to reviewing cars, still refreshing and over all, one of my favorites. Keep up the good work. But keep open to new ideas.

Yeah you bring up a good argument its hard for a small company like mazda to compete now a days with the big boys. ie Ford, Honda, Toyota in the power and fuel economy. I agree

It's a 2014 model . Of course you haven't seen it on the road yet . It's not released yet . I have the 2006 model with the 2.3 litre 4 cylinder engine . It has 161 HP , and I drive it in Australia . In Queensland , where I live , we have a 110 km/hr speed limit , which is 68 mph . No point having more power , unless towing something .
