I totally get the concept of ghost notes but im having trouble getting a satisfying ghost note sound out of my cajon. Depending on how I tune it it will either sound like a hand drum or the bass and snare have too much snare rattle. Im trying to tune it to get that shaker sound while still being able to hear the bass and snare

Ghost Notes are soft notes. In the cajon the ghost notes are the notes that give texture to the grooves and fills. The Goal in this lesson is to practice the different dynamics between accents and ghost notes(soft notes)
