Wow all of your characters are maxed out? Your a devoted player, very impressed. DW6 is my favourite video game (along with Heavenly Sword and Metal Gear Solid 4). I have it on the PS3.
Well if even if, that's super logical as a reason. I got the game finally and yeah, the movesets are so unique and they make the game super fun. I really hope they take their time on the next game.

Using Cao Pi in the PS2 version is really fun. It's definitely better than his shortsword. Also, when they gave Zhang He his claws back, he suddenly became very hard to beat, anywhere. (Wu Zhang Plains. *shudder*)
ma chao some remind me of cloud. must be the blond hair and giant sword. yue ying's weapon is kinda like a medieval version of the gunblade that lightning uses in FFXIII.

A good reason for why this game is also so hard to make... Koei has made a move to motion capture, so all those moves made are done by real people. And you know, it's so so so hard to please both traditional Romance of the 3 Kingdoms fans and young gamers with this game. Still, they shouldn't take the hard way out and try to be more imaginative. They shouldn't go too realistic :/
in dw6 thay use these move sets (mbasicly saying the person who has the same move set is the original eg. yuan shao and cao pi) couse ma chao is a clone (but i dunno y thay changed him and not the other person X_X)

Well it's really not "changing" Cao Cao's/Cao Pi's name pronunciation. Tsao Tsao is the real right way to pronounce it, so all those times the VAs said Cao Cao, they said it wrong. They'd wrong to a Chinese speaker. :o

NOOO!!! why did they screw Ma Chao over??? man he's not decloned, he's freaking Fu Xi from DW3 (probly my fav. one btw). They should have given the giant sword to Dian Wei at least, Ma Chao is too...I want to say skinny or small, but not in a negative way. They need to give Ma Chao his old spear back and let him do the crazy Darth Maul style tricks and flips from back in the day. Now Zhao Yun has all the tricks and "finesse" and Ma Chao is literally a walking stereotype of a Hack n Slash game.

This was so thorough! Some of these moves were great, like Zhang He's grab. I'm surprised more didn't come back in other games.

the new movesets are in empires, and if u dont like anything DW^ did to the series u can still play five(it has more characters anyways)
isnt there a downloadable content for PC with same movesets, they fucked up giving characters the same weapon (spear) and moves

I'm jealous. On the 360, everyone pretty much uses a spear/halberd, and yue ying's bow moves aren't as good as that.

Wish they had kept Ma Chao's great sword animations for later games. The DW7 great sword is just so slow and unsatisfying.
