- The 2024 NBA Playoffs are off to a great start with last night being one of the most insane nights in NBA Playoff history. The New York Knicks and Philadelphia 76ers dueled all the way to an insane finish with crazy plays from Joel Embiid, Jalen Brunson, Tyrese Maxey, Donte Divincenzo, and basically everyone else. Then, immediately following, we got a classic matchup between the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers. LeBron James and Anthony Davis had incredible first halves, the Nuggets struck back led by Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, before the latter hit one of the biggest shots in recent playoff history to send the Nuggets up 2-0. It was an incredible night of hoops, one that we HAVE to talk about.

Lakers ain’t beating the “who your daddy” allegations
As a lakers fan you can’t deny facts
Gru and his minions🤣
No didddy
Never gonna beat dad 😮💨
@@manz7860 Ham is the problem
Real ones say it back…
what a revelation for hartenstein this season and its just transitioning in the playoffs as well! amazing player.
true! Hartenstein plays amazing basketball and is a bright spot in knicks play this playoffs but i think we should give a brighter spotlight to Josh Hart - the amount of passion and energy he hustles with on both end of the floor is just immaculate
also, decent part of 76ers strugles with Knicks come from "dont guard Hart" strategy Nurse been trying
The night was funny, my wife is a Magic fan and I’m a Knicks fan. So the feelings in the house were polar opposites at the end of the night lol
Doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile. Winning is winning - Toretto
The first two games in each of these series were competitive enough that, with home court advantage changing hands, both series could go up to 2-2 and I really wouldn’t be surprised.
Will LeBron and LA ever win another game vs. Jokic and Denver? Idk...
Tim Legler had a good take on why the Sixers cost themselves the game. Between lackadaisical coaching, experienced vets making rookie mistakes, and not enough maximum effort all in crunch time. I know Philly fans don't wanna hear that lol...
It back 😂
forget the eastern conference. whoever wins the western conference is automatically the champions
The Sixers are due for a game and I would say the same for the Magic. I can't say the same for the Lakers is not a knock on them they just been dealt a bad hand going up against one of the best current team in the NBA.
Cone where did you get the shirt?
How is that slightly more crazy it’s literally one of the craziest clutch shots/celebrations in nba history
My friend whose a sixers fan was screaming while we watched the game
Ahhhh Lebronto to Los Jokic🔥full circle
Enjoy the next 2-3 games of the nuggets-lakers and suns-mavs series, we’re witnessing the changing of the guard in real time, don’t take the moments for granted
Suns down 2 against the Timberwolves and the Mavericks are tied with the Clippers but you are right about the changing of the guard
Lots of people did not mention is that, coach Malone’s decision to guard AD with Joker was a mistake. Malone really should switch AG to guard AD earlier. Joker had to keep most of his energy for offense while avoiding fouling. Although Everything worked out at the end
they go ahead and do this and they go ahead and do that youtube accent is so funny
If Lebron would of tan the clock out before shooting it’s like the guy who was guarding him set him up so he would shoot and not run clock out that’s some 4d chess
These 2 guys in the thumbnail, always punch above their weight
If he missed that shot imagine the blame he would of got if they lost now that’s clutch
That's what great players do .
If LeChoke makes that WIDE OPEN 3 media would be calling him the goat but he missed like usual on game winning shots
I’m not even mad about the calls maxey should’ve just held the ball and hoped for a jump ball or a teammate getting to him. Plus Lowry could’ve adjusted the inbound and given to Embiid.
The Maxey “illness” BS was such an NBA storyline fabrication.
No way he was “I’ll” playing like that.
As a Knicks fan, I was super hyped during that last sequence. But I will say the 6ixers were screwed over in those last moments. I’ve been hearing a lot about it, but the Knicks also were kind of screwed over early in the game from the refs as well. Just an unfortunate circumstance. A little worried for the games in Philly
Nah maxey tired to overplay the foul and took the risk they didn’t call it it is what it is
Or the fact maxey fouled first pushing off which would negate any fouls following if it were called initially. Maxey fucked up and it happens but no one was screwed
@@user-wf2gn9ng5y that too fax’s
The rigged label always pisses me off...
Why tf Knicks are to blame for the officiating? They've knocked their shots, outhustled Philly on rebounds, defended well.
Like wth were they supoused to do after a bad whistle, sit down and give up?
Dear LeBron James: Who's your daddy?
They should just fire Davin Ham
Lakers fr could be 2-0 rn, damn
OKC Vs WOLVES
Western conference finals
No chance
REPEAT!!!!!!
I know I’m biased as a sixers fan but the end of that game made me so mad and I just gave a 1000 yard stare at my screen with my dad
Also almost the entire game until the 4th quarter the officiating was AWFUL and there were so many ticky tack fouls in their favor compared to the few that were barely in the sixers favor
@@shrekwesmobamboo fr the refs were the biggest sixer fans ive ever seen... Kyle lowry deadass hit divincenzos shoulder with the ball in his hand and no foul?
@@ImSaturnN come on man you gotta watch the game again and just watch you’ll see when the refs will make ticky tack calls on us all game, and you can see nurse calling time out at the end too
@@shrekwesmobamboo mb i thought u said the refs were in the knicks favor so i was just agreeing with you
Y'all throw the words "in history" way too loosely
So what's being done about the sixers being robbed of a playoff victory? Better luck next time and move on? Sounds fair, really makes the fans want to watch the games
weep
Crying helps 😢 😭
When a player pushes another player, it's a foul. But when Maxey pushes Hart before the inbound, its called marginal contact? It's rigged!!!!
LeBron killed the Lakers hopes .
They were playing team basketball, great cuts and ball movement until the 3rd quarter.
Then LeBron started playing hero ball and ball hogging.
That allowed Denver defense to make more stops and get back in the game .
Then obviously LeBron missed the 3 after SHOVING kcp out of the way
Third
First
I'm sick of y'all saying Maxey got fouled when he pushed Josh Hart to Carmelo when he was trying to get open if they called that Maxey wouldn't have been fouled so stop crying 76ers y'all getting punked deal with it 😂🎉😂😂😂
l2m report says otherwise, maxey fouled twice on that play and his “push” was ruled marginal contact.
@@carters1213 the push was ruled marginal and maxey was fouled twice. Read the report dude.
@@bennettslavin3975 you mean to reply to me? that’s exactly what i said lmao
Eh it wasn’t that crazy bro
Sixers were officially robbed in Game 2 now that the L2M reports are out
it was a chokejob, but it didn't help that the refs cost us the game as well
LM2 reports 😂 Knicks are 2-0 deal with it
@@boris2997 it's fucking rigged and u KNOW that the result was not a fair one
Hottest take ever:- lakers are gonna come back, win 4 straight games, beat the defending champs, then beat OKC in the second round in 5, beat Dallas in CF in 7 with a crazy ass buzzer beating game, and then beat Knicks in the finals in 5 or 6.
And then you wake up
Let them play, don't make me bust out my grown-up self and take both teams by the ears and twist them. Enough with the tiki tack fouls
