The Amazing Spider-Man(Short film)

- A short film that I and a few others made as a school project. The idea was to make a film with special effects, so we did a movie about Spider-Man! I was mostly the cameraman and handled all the footage and I did some of the effects(which was done in Adobe After Effects with a lot of green screen material), and you could say I was also the "Spider-Man expert" while making this film.
The film is in swedish(since I'm from sweden we shot it in swedish) but I have put english subtitles incase you wonder why they talk so funny hehe. Also, we did this in a very short time(remember it was a SCHOOL PROJECT) and we couldn't create one of Spidey's actual villains so we came up with a ninja instead. The story isn't the best but hey, it has nice effects and that's all that matters right?(no).
Oh and also, that's me at 00:50.
Shot with a Canon 5D Mark III with Magic Lantern Raw video. Edited in Avid Media Composer, sound editing in Pro Tools and color grading in DaVinci Resolve.

I can simply say. Applause. I loved this. Just goes to show what a film maker with a mission to show what he wants to, can achieve. Even with no budgets & hollywood infrastructure. Just amazing. Hey I loved the music & the sound as well. Very passionately done.

Even though you used green screen, that was actually pretty damn good.
These were some of the best low budget VFX in a Spider-Man fan film I have seen so far. You used a lot of techniques that I have been wondering why nobody has used them this way yet. Good stuff! I especially loved some of the web slinging. Of course it doesn't look photorealistic but it seems very natural.

man i cant even say the "low budget" vfx bothers me, it looks really good for the means you probably had at your disposal. really good man!!!
