Lies. The way this measures "job growth" is designed to be very misleading. None of this actually translates into hiring more workers or increases in pay or opportunities. New tasks should never be counted as new jobs and money alone shouldn't be a factor. If you aren't hiring someone new to do a job its not a "new job". It shouldn't be legal to measure things in such a dishonest way just to claim job creation.
