Cake Recipe
Follow instructions on box and add 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Split cake batter in half and add 1.5 oz of strawberry gelatin to it.
Cream Cheese Icing
16 oz cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon emulsion or lemon extract
32 oz powdered sugar

Hello! May I ask what is the size of the scoop you are using to measure out the batter? Is there a scoop number or how many ounces does it hold? Thank you so much!

Hi! I really wish I could tell you exactly, but I’m not sure and it’s not on the scoop anywhere. If I am not mistaken I believe a standard size is 4 oz. This scoop is slightly bigger than the standard size. I hope this helps a little. Thanks so much for watching! 🥰

How deep was the batter in the pan? I can' tell. eg was it 1/4 deep, or 1/2 inch deep?

Maybe a little more than 1/4. I needed space to be able to ice them and still place the lids on top.
