Please check the ORS total Osmolarity....before any conclusion...... In the case of diarrhoea the ORS Osmolarity 245 and this ORSL is only used to treat weakness not diarrhoea, in the case of Diarrhoea used WHO ORS which is present in powder form and available in pharmacy !!
