Question - sometimes I'm able to do 3 slow HSPUs in a row, but I have difficulty keeping my shoulders tense at the bottom of the movement and usually need a little help from my forehead/head when starting pushing upward. Strength and flexibility are certainly not a problem, I have a strong base and 80 kg in military press. I just have a problem holding the position with my arms bent, and I don't know how to strengthen this position. I am able to do press to handstand on straight arms, on bent arms I can't do it anymore. I might add that I am 188cm and 95kg.
