I usually don't get how Larry was good in this match but seeing him now, he's already bodied by Trela at Smash United. He did almost win the first set at Winners but choked terribly at grand finals against Trela.
This is definitely one of Larry's most dominating performances. I love his use of fire fox as an offensive option rather than just a means of recovery. I would be interested to see a Larry Lurr Megafox ditto. They are arguably the two best SSB4 fox mains in the the world, with Larry considered a bit better (though he is quite a bit older). They both have mastered the character; I feel megafox plays slightly more offensively, and although Larry would probably win, it'd definitely still be a very interesting matchup nonetheless.
+Alex Due The meta is changing pretty quickly so to say they have both mastered fox is kinda dumb, imo. I think Larry's and VoiD's fox would both beat Megafox. Possibly Xzax too

What does age have to do with anything? Smash 4 came out at the same time for both of them.
Megafox is impressive, but he chokes quite frequently and plays just TOO aggressively. Nakat, Larry, and possibly Xzax are better.

I don't know how someone could think Ryu is a good matchup against Fox. Yes Fox is a fast faller, which can help the up tilt string, but he can break Ryu's focus with most of his normals and his superior speed just outclasses Ryu's lack of mobility. The fact that we have the best Fox versus the best Ryu here and that Trela is pretty much forced to try a different character is a living proof of that.

All Foxes have different weaknesses. Larry and I hate Yoshi, Pikachu and Luigi. Other people might say Rosa, Sheik and Ryu

+Pirulete7 Way worse characters than Fox, and Fox requires lots of knowledge, good positioning, and great fundamentals. I can think of so many more characters that are much more annoying than Fox.
