    Our crow dad was so busy this past spring, collecting food and water for mama on the nest, and then for mama and four babies! We made sure to keep water out for him. Soaking the food in water is a way to both feed and hydrate those dependent on him in nesting season.

      I watch my crows stuff their beaks full to the point where they can't hold it all; they drop it and start over!! 🐦‍⬛❤️🐦‍⬛

    lol Let's just say, shit happens when you are a parent.^^ It's pretty obvious if you have an idea what that white stain behind his eye might be. That is either very limited leucism (not likely, also unlikely I wouldn't have noticed before), or a remnant of a recent major diaper malfunction.
    Congratulations are in order.

      Nein das ist Kot von den Jungvögeln im Nest :-). Die Altvögel transportieren den Kot aus dem Nest um das Nest sauber zu halten. dabei kann auch mal was daneben gehen ;-).
