    Once the premiere begins, just to let you guys know that once the Washer in the Video goes over to Presoak, what I'm saying in the Captions of where to skip over to Main Wash for if you guys want to skip the Presoak in there, you won't be able to skip the Presoak part during the premiere until after the premiere ends.
    However, we can sure have a good chat in the Live Chat during that time while waiting for the Washer to advance to Main Wash from Presoak. 😀

    Interesting. My dad has a Whirlpool WTW4900BW0 that does have a spray rinse in normal and quick wash cycles and it’s an older 2013 model. He only had to do one repair on it which was the suspension. The bearing is bad on it now bad tho. But my dad doesn’t really care so it’s not getting fixed. But it is really loud in the spin cycle now tho, sounds like a jet engine or freight train. It also shakes a bit in the high speed spin but that is very normal in the high speed spin. And my dad actually thinks the washer should be loud in the spin because he believes it’s because of the high speed spin.

      But still I absolutely hate these machines. It does “wash” your clothes. Man I hate the 5000. Also the WTW5000DW2 is the same machine with a few changes but it’s still absolute garbage. I hate these and the 565. All of these machines and the agipeller versions are garbage.

      @coolrobuxgaming Год назад +1

      I’ve also seen a WTW5000DW1. It sounded a bit different during agitation. It had that older Whirlpool VMW agitation sound as this one just hums like a new VMW. The WTW5000DW1 washers I’ve seen sounded like this one: ruclips.net/video/fUstNEUW4mQ/видео.html.
      This one doesn’t make that sound. My grandma has the WTW5000DW1 which replaced a direct drive where the transmission failed on it. It was installed in around 2017. And it does have the older agitation sound.
      My grandma’s washer does NOT spray rinse either. It does do deep rinses too. Basically the same as this. The model number is the same too yet it sounds different in agitation. The motor I think is a Welling. I’ve also seen one WTW5000DW0 and WTW5000DW2 but I never went across the 3 yet.

    Welling motor. Nice!
    I suspect that mysterious grinding noise is the shift actuator.
    I still don't like these machines, and I don't think I ever will. I much prefer machines like my 4850. That said, since this wasn't a huge load this thing did okay. For a 5000, not bad.

      Especially as your WTW4850HW1 has the Water Level Options for better cleaning, right?
      Also, this WTW5000DW1 is gonna be replaced soon with hopefully either the WTW8127LC or the WTW5057LW, even though you’d go with more of the WTW8127LC ‘cause it has more Features alongside the Removable Agitator, which are the Load-N-Go Detergent Dispenser Tray, the Soak Button, the Stain Scrubber, & the Bleach & Fabric Softener Dispensers, right?

      “I suspect that mysterious grinding noise is the shift actuator.” Yeah, as I’ve gotten that all figured out eventually, especially with the Impeller turn afterwards that it is indeed the shifter, as it’s struggling to go into Agitate Mode, while your 4850 still does it completely fine with no problems at all. 🤔
      IDEK why it’s doing that though, as it shouldn’t be doing that at all, as I know that Kirk’s DW2 one works just fine & isn’t making that grinding noise at all, even on his Maytag MVWP575GW, where he did 2 Videos showing the shifter inside the Washer that was on the bottom of the Drum where the Belt is. 🤔

    That wash action seems to be decent, maybe the flat impeller isn't all bad, many it just works better with a smaller tub.

  • @homeguestunton
    @homeguestunton Год назад +1

    That is not very high efficiency or energy Star behavior. Filling up a tub and agitating in rinse cycle on normal and quick wash cycles. Maybe Whirlpool discontinued the spray rinse for a short time. I know my dad has a 2013 model Crosley (Whirlpool built) washer and it does do a spray rinse on normal and probably quick wash too.

    • @homeguestunton
      @homeguestunton Год назад +1

      I know I have a Samsung that does spray rinse when on Extra Large Load Size in normal cycle. Today it did not so it was probably a balance issue. It was probably doing that as an attempt to balance the load which is why it filled and agitated today. But it was balanced after that. But it didn’t do any spray rinse after the balance attempt. I guess that balance attempt was the rinse cycle. And I know my washer does self balance so that’s probably it. Probably just threw an off balance error.

    • @videolover2014
      @videolover2014  Год назад

      Can I ask for the Model Number of what your Father has for the Crosley?
      Also, after Kirk Rivas filmed the DW2 Revision of the DW1 here, it looks like that it’s just a revised DW1 & still doesn’t do the Spray Rinses on Normal nor Quick Wash at all.
      2 years ago, he filmed the DW3 Revision & that one definitely did the Spray Rinses on Normal & Quick Wash, even though he never did the Extra Rinses on it at all, not even on Normal nor Quick Wash for the Deep/Spray Rinse Combo.
      The only Cycle that he did the Extra Rinses on for the DW3 was the Bulky/Sheets Cycle, where ‘cause of the Bulky part, it does the unfair Low Final Spin ‘cause they’re all still freaked out on what happened on the Samsung & LG Machines on that Cycle during the High Final Spin.
      ‘Cause of, I’m hoping that he gets another DW3 soon & films it, as I want him to do the Extra Rinses on it this time, at least on the Normal & Quick Wash Cycles for the Deep/Spray Rinse Combo & how the DW3 would do it, as I’ve seen on the Maytag MVWC565FW, the 1ST Rinse would do the Deep Rinse, then the 2ND Rinse would do the Spray Rinse, then go straight to Final Spin.

    • @homeguestunton
      @homeguestunton Год назад +1

      @@videolover2014 CAW12444XW2 is the model number of the Crosley. Probably a 2013. May actually be 2012. The spin cycle is really loud on it but it still works, agitates, and spins. And it does do spray rinse on normal and quick wash I believe. Regardless of load size which is auto sensing. Some older Whirlpool belt drives did spray rinse on delicate cycles. Only the agitator models tho. Not washplate agitators, but real agitators. Plus Whirlpool didn’t make VMW belt drive washers with washplate agitators until like 2014.

      @@homeguestunton You mean Agipellers?
      And actually, the Agipeller Models were introduced later back in 2015, when the EW Models were being made, such as the MVWC215EW, MVWC415EW, WTW4715EW, WTW4815EW (Excluding the WTW4915EW ‘cause that Model has just the Impeller…), NTW4605EW, NTW4655EW, NTW4705EW, & NTW4755EW, including some Kenmore Models as well that IDK the Model Numbers to ‘cause Kenmore is all Numbers, which’re pretty hard to memorize.
