Hi it depends where you live, in the UK we don't freeze as much in winter and the pipework is buried below ground, the filtration pump runs 24/7 which keeps the water moving even in freezing winters. You can drain down some of the fill water filters which are sometimes above ground, but you just leave the pool to change with the season, it becomes a giant sky mirror in winter- just stunning 😊
frogs and amphibians are welcome, they stay hidden amongst the water plants, but ducks upset the ecological balance and create a nutrient gain which causes algae so we shoo them away- as long as they can't settle and nest they usually don't linger long 😊
Absolutely stunning, makes me want to dive straight in. ❤
Lovely to hear 😊it is very addictive once you start swimming too
So cool idea
working with nature 😊
Amazing.
thank you, we love it too
😊
The colours are as delicate as the place itself. Very immersive. Thanks for sharing!@@ellicar
That is beautiful. Does one have to winterize a natural pool as with typical backyard pools?

Looks like something ducks would love to take a crap in.
красиво) але ж і мороки з ним мабуть немало. чистить від лситя, тарви і т.д.
A bunch of tadpoles
What if ducks and frogs came,... Becoming Swan Lake, nested along side the bushes.!?!
Ducks are the worst, they shit everywhere and come back each year to nest.
