I notice that your video's are becoming more and more simple and lacking that indepth that really tells you what the difference is. So far, in this video, you have mostly told us what the specs are. And on paper they are almost the same, same boiler size, same water reservoir etc. Why don't you pull some shots with it and really tell which one you like best. They have a different grouphead, one E61 vs Simonelli's own design. Do you like the volumetric, does it help with consistency...etc... Don't be the spec-sheet, be the expert that really helps the customer :-) (sorry for poor English, it is not my native language)
+Seattle Coffee Gear How about the R58, gs3, slayer single group, a slayer single group would be awesome they are based in Seattle maybe you could have them as a guest appearance. Would also be good to know how to fine tune and calibrate the various machines.
Hi there - really enjoying your videos! I'm a newbie looking to buy a decent prosumer machine and therefore bypassing buying a cheap one and upgrading. I definitely want a hot water spout, and steam and brewing at the same time. In the price region of the above machines - can you recommend a machine (not necessarily one of these two - but maybe!) that would suit my needs? It's so hard to make an informed decision with so many options out there. Thanks so much.
i don't understand why there is a boiler pressure manometer on this machine....lacking the one within portafilter and also PID instead that would be much more beneficial

martijn scholtens 100% agree with you.
Yeah I thought the video would give me some thoughts about the machines. It turned out to be visualization of machines' specs
did you mention the musica is auto-volumetric vs purely semi-automatic for the rocket? That seems worth pointing out.
Thank you for the overview, would you recommend any of these or other similar for a Mobile Café with a max of 100 drinks per day?

Had the Nuova Simonelli Musica since 2011, curious how the Rocket compares to it regarding shot flavour/taste ?
Dear colleague! Do you still use Musica? I am obsering it as upgrade from Rancilio Ms Silvia. Thank you! :)
Petar Rusev did you upgrade from the Silvia to the musica? I also is looking into it
@@TheCoffeeField did you upgrade? I was also looking to upgrade😅

Somebody can tell me if simonelli musica is good or bad?
Gorgeous equipment!
+Piotr Szymanski Agreed! :D
The musica is not a semi pro machine. It is fully capable of a professional application in a small non busy shop.
non busy shop means its for semi pro applications. you high?
@@rattusrodney No it does not. “Semi pro” is just a term invented for better home machines. You stupid?
I have the musica and the hot water spout is so bad for spluttering !
I wonder if this a Nuova Simonelli feature of sort?! My commercial machine of theirs also does the same.
simonelli musica look easy to clean
