you have done the impossible. You have given the details i have ever wanted. What a beautiful review. Waiting for the remaining Episodes on flight and, Fuel burn Characteristics. Nice Video and keep it coming.
I think this is a fantastic aircraft that is actually in the modern age vs many of its competitors. It's aerodynamic, has a crash cell, and wing design that makes stall difficult. It is finished to a high standard and is straightforward to fly. People seem to have a real downer on diamond aircraft but I think they set the standard
Nice aircraft, but not for my family. I once had an engine failure in a Arrow 2 immediately after gear up. Luckily it was on a 6000ft runway. A few years later doing my type rating on a KA350, my instructor and I were discussing single vs twin pros/cons. Later that day while holding at the line, we watched a C172 start his take off roll. My instructor said "if his engine quits around our V2 speed, he is in trouble, that's another advantage of a twin". I then mentioned my Arrow incident, he looked across, smiled and said "exactly". DA62 for me.
Definitely a sweet airplane but that tiny 49 gallon fuel tank is a deal killer. Range just can't compete with similar airplanes. I understand it for the European market, but in the US, diamonds biggest market, its a huge mistake
I've shared this video with my friends and we look forward to the sequel! Awesome!
One of the best and complete aircraft reviews I've seen here.
Congratulations. Keep up the good work.
best review on Diamond😎
Oleksandr's attention to detail is insane! I'm pretty sure Diamond may notice an increase in sales thanks to reviews like this :)

Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed the detailed information you have relayed
Very well done very organized ✅
We need this beauty in MSFS..
This one is so much better than our DA40… JET A1 fuel is the best ❤✈️
We are planning to come to you one day and fly a DA50RG if you let us to 😊
Can you explain who is this airplane is good for, ie mission etc, compared to DA40NG, DA42 and DA62?
Wow this guy is a great sales rep/consultant/expert. He should go to North America and do some selling

DA62 for me.
But isnt FADEC system very expensive? i dont see this being everywhere in GA and im not even a pilot yet im studying now for the written test
Uh... I seem to remember a recent video of a glider in cloud near the hills: "SPIN! SPIN!"
I'd have been shitting myself in your glider, Tim.
Why can't they have a Beach Bonanza club seating arrangement in this aircraft?
The "burning question" I've always had, if this Continental engine is a diesel, can it be ran on diesel fuel? Isn't a oil burner, a oil burner?
That you make millions a year is the big factor

A T tailed horizontal stabilizer is waiting to flutter off at a high TAS speed at high altitude below Vne.
This fact is always suppressed by salesmen.
750 nm? Terrible
As compared to what? These sort of aircraft are not doing long journeys. You have to fit the use case best.

Hope you do the same for da62
