I'm sadly too late, just yesterday I had a match where we knocked out the enemy team without even picking up the rainmaker and I'm still more than confused xD We had a DC but apparently that disconnected person won us the game.

The funny thing to all of these is that lag happens both ways a lot, so when you die 5 seconds after you killed the other guy, the same thing probably happened on their screen

4:45 similar thing happened to me. What happened is the sploosh appears to be a disconnect (look at the icon at the end of the clip) but in reality the sploosh didn’t disconnect and just looks like a dc on ur screen. This makes the sploosh invisible for some reason but they’re still able to ink the floor on ur screen. Same thing happened to the invisible roller clip and a few others later in the video.
Awww this was a missed opportunity. I have so many clips where i died to lag behind brella shield.... :(

These reaction videos are honestly really friggin cool. Not a lot of RUclipsrs do this kind of stuff, but when they do it is actually a great way for some people to get exposure while also bringing fantastic content to the game's scene. Thanks DUDE, seriously!

@@sa1tyboi Oh I believe that there are tubers that do this. I've just been watching those that never make a mention of it, ever. At least from my perspective when I have free time. The other Splatubers probably do it too, I just don't follow them as closely.

I think what happened was the Sploosh disconnected during the Splashdown and the Splashdown didn't get canceled

3:40 This is another symptom of lag, he's frozen in place with his roller down. Probably viewing the connection unstable message.
5:25 The sploosh probably saw the connection unstable message, was running to mid and splashdowned just because, and even though on his screen it had no effect he managed to get the kills.

8:03 if you paye close attention, when the clapples splash down, ink particles are coming out of thier hands which means that they were shooting on their screen and splashdowning on the spectators screen!

We ended up losing because we couldn’t understand where the K Pro was painting.
I haven't had to laugh so hard in a long time. The tears rolled down my head. Funny and failing moments happen to me almost every day in ranked, like the baller who teleported and exploded, even clipped it. Anyway, these clips are the funniest I've ever seen.
I remember a match I played where the lag was so bad that the entire enemy team was completely invisible.

I and my scrim team joked about a friend, a leader of a former team. He had really bad wifi that would make the inch up every 5 seconds instead of being smooth. It was jank. He definitely was on dairy queen wifi
My general rule if I manage to get a kill while I'm lagging is just bolt it outta there so that the game doesn't think I'm still in the area where the other guy was shooting.
These are the things that make me consider getting Twitter. I have a bajillion clips of just weird lag.

In the Singleplayer mode, One octoling was just doing really weird stuff and after sometimes, he just vanished.

In splatfest, i had a match where all the opposite team disconnected. 💀
And all of our team was all there btw, literally got a free win. (Sadly we were the same themes so no points)

I remembered a moment way back in 2017, around the time the squeezer came out. I was going to test it out in turf war, but the game lagged so hard that it became a one v one. Instead of fighting we just squid partied.
Had that happen in a Tower Control match, was cool.

i once had this moment in which this inkjet splats me without aiming, then they superjump back to a place, then they superjump again, and then when i respawn that person appears dead on my screen when they arent. i clipped it on my switch and i still laugh at that to this day
5:30 it is a glitch where u could go invisible, that’s why it said he was at spawn, it was like super broken, he disconnected from the Nintendo anticheat

had a game with a DCd sploosh with an invisible super stamp, it didn't seem to be doing any damage, only painting. it still attempted to target players despite being dced meaning disconnected player was at least still somewhat aware of where players were moving?

I wish I could of sent in clips but I can comment about them, the same thing happened to my dad with the baller, someone killed him with the baller they hop out of it they teleport then the baller explodes. In another match the game ends but the round continues for like 10 minutes and everyone was still moving. It's weird seeing major lag in rank X.

Might be either Video Quality or not good enough. Most of them were in the time i stopped playing Ranked since i hated the S+ matchmaking before X rank existed.

I really wish I had Twitter so I can send my laggy clips, but in splat zones I was using the Kensa spattershot pro and I just killed someone with an n zap, and I was activating my booyah bomb but suddenly I started taking damage and died. I died to the n zap I splatted 3 seconds after the n zap died.

I dont got twitter, but a lag moment I had, wasn't really lag, but I was playing ranked right? well I experienced 0 lag all match only to DC with 1 second left on splatzones, and if I hadn't I could have ranked up, but I lost the next game and cracked
