- Colleen's stray husband Les (continuity blip by the writers, he was previously called Stan) returns to the Bay and breaks Colleen's heart all over again.
We finally get to see the interior of the original mobile home again (originally Lance and Martin's). This time they appear to use the real interior of the mobile home instead of a studio set, and although it is hard to tell, the layout looks the same.
I really miss Colleen on the show, wish they'd bring her back for a bit of comedy relief...can just imagine her pulling Dean and Bella into line! 🤣 it was sad the way the original river boys ran her out of town like they did. What ever happened to her little house on the caravan lot, by the way? I remember her moving into a caravan and the river boys (thinking it was someone in there, I think) hitched it to the back of a car and towed it out into the Bush...just can't remember why she moved out of her house and into the van to start with.
She's dead they would have a hard job.
I wish they bring colleen back 2 the show

Ironic how Rob Steele (Les) played another man named Patrick Powell in Prisoner who was also married to a woman named Colleen (Colleen Powell or "Po-Face" as the Prisoners called her) and he used "Coll" as Powell's pet name too.
Ha I didn't realise that. I love Po Face in Prisoner - Vera, The Freak and Meg always seem to get mentioned as memorable screws but IMO Po Face was great. Sometimes she went through phases of being really nice and other times she was downright nasty and other times she was somewhere in the middle. You never knew with her which made her more interesting to me than the others.
SummerBayJournal Judith or Elspeth should be on Home and Away.
Well, we can forget Judith, poor thing. She was an awesome actress and her legendary portrayal of sarcastic characters would have did Summer Bay good. RIP.

Sucks for Colleen but some people never change. I only wish Lance had been involved in that story during one of his visits, He probably would have smacked Les one but gullible as he is he would have been taken in too.
