@@2000lb80If you like accuracy you will love high accuracy quartz calibers, (4 seconds per year) so these are not normal quartz but high tech compensated . They are not cheap. I used to think all quartz is the same but this is not true.

What actually is Spring Drive?
That mesmerising second hand!
Rival the big boys? Grand Seiko are the big boys
You didn't actually say what Spring Drive is, or even show it. As an example; you say it's got an electronic regulator - so does it have a battery???

Driven by a spring....so what do you think 😊. And self winding. It does however have a small dynamo generating its own power.
Their clasp still suck. They don’t listen to their customers
Fancy Mecha quartz
nah you just ignorant
Yawn
My Seiko SARB is doing better than that.
I have 3 GS Spring Drive. All 3 may be 5 seconds fast per month. They're crazy accurate.

@@Peter-Alexander Thanks! I consider myself pretty well versed in horology. I've never heard of high accuracy quartz. I'll definitely research.
@@2000lb80 Definitely interesting to research. Watchtime has an interesting article. Citizen Chronomaster and Seiko 9F are examples.
@@Peter-AlexanderVery cheap actually, if you consider something like a Casio Edifice with Bluetooth® sync. 0 second deviation/year.
