Preparation time- 45 minutes
Serving - 6
Ingredients:
for dough:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1/3 tsp
cooking oil - 1 tbsp
For stuffing:
Roasted gram flour(Sattu) - 1.5 cup
Garlic clove(chopped)-8
Onion - 1
Corianderleaves - 1./4 cup
Green chilli- 3
Ginger -3 inch
For Chokha:
Roasted brinjal- 1
Roasted tomato-2
Boiled potato- 1
Onion- 1
Garlic clove- 3
Green chilli -2
Coriander leaves

The best Bihari delicacy 😋😋❤️... Being in London I always make litti chokha once in a month for my family and friends...Litti will taste much better when u boil and then fry it...and it will absorb less oil too...😊
But baked one tastes better and healthier also.
How to boil?? U Mena first bake then fry?
