Love 💕 from Kerala. Similar dish is here but filled with grated coconut and jaggery "Kozhukkatta". But Litti Chokha is an excellent combo of protein, carbs and fibre(veggies). Very Healthy dish.

Tried this recipe on Sunday, before Janmasthami. Came out fantastic. I left the chokha part and had the Litti with Chana Dal and a subzi and ghee. It was fantastic. I baked it on gas.
