It definitely does, my dad is a retired PC and said he once went to the office where they try to identify the victims in dodgy videos (snuff films, child porn etc) and he spoke to one of the guys who did it. This guy said that they managed to identify a politician by watching the video, they managed to capture a bus going past in it. They used its number and route to work out what house it was. They passed this and other video info onto the top dogs and apparently it was ‘lost’ and the guy said to my dad, mark my words there will be a huge investigation when this all comes out...then 20 years later operation yew tree happened.
