I sometimes forget how lucky we are as Americans to have all the safety regulations that keep workers from suffering horrendous injuries. I would bet there are many who have worked in that facility that have had bad foot injuries due to the lack of suitable footwear.
They are nearly bare feet, let alone PPE! Too dangerous🤕
Truly professional. It is really scary that these guys work without any safety gear in smelting heat. Hats off !
They must have a really good insurance, because whatever may happen, it's game over..
Safety concepts are in western countries. For them to have a job to feed the family is the primary reason. There governments don't give a dame. One thing for sure they work like a family and always help each others in need
@everthinka we definitely feel for them as hard working guys. I wish they have a better choice in order to survive the harsh reality of there life.

So much good steel to make knifes and sword's ! I get my leaf springs from the junk yard all rusted here in Canada ! And i got to straightened them wich is a pain in the ass because i don't have a forge , i use a big propane tank cut in half and charcoal , i do stock removal, i don't forge!

А у нас наоборот, таких специалистов не осталось. Ещё лет 10 назад можно было рессору любую отковать. И уши загнуть и термичку сделать, а теперь только покупай и желательно рессору в сборе. Может так и должно быть.
Удивляет другое,на таком производстве и в тапочках работают.Уронил рессору и пальцев нет на ноге

We use shocks and airbags, smoother ride...
I prefer the air bag suspension because it bounce alot than leaf spring.In Ghana we have poor raods so they change airbag suspensions to leaf springs.

Filmed at the brand new Amazon leaf spring plant in Cleveland.
Joking aside... I was impressed at the quality of the workmanship, right up until they tied those massive leaf springs together with those terrifyingly tiny center pin bolts. Once they're installed, it's less spooky I suppose. But I wouldn't want to be the guy installing them.. I guess if you're the only game in town, it makes for good job security if your leaf packs blow apart often enough.
None of these people are wearing the proper safety equipment. These are major violations especially handling heavy equipment and not having steel toe boots on. SMH
Not I'm the u.s but I'd still wanna wear them tho even if it wasn't mandatory. Lol to much of a risk. It don't take much to deglove a foot

Hahaha....brother i m Nebosh certified safety engineer in Pakistan.... Sometime local owner do not provide PPEs, and if he provides, many of the PPEs are rejected by workers due to warm weather....
Here really a long time required to change the mindsets.,
