It's a admire work. Heavy and hard work. Each country has a kind of reality and I think that they doing as best as they can, but is important to pay attention in the safety at work. Safety glasses, appropriated clothes, safety shoes, ear plugs and an organized envirolment save lives.
Safety concepts are in western countries. For them to have a job to feed the family is the primary reason. There governments don't give a dame. One thing for sure they work like a family and always help each others in need

I sometimes forget how lucky we are as Americans to have all the safety regulations that keep workers from suffering horrendous injuries. I would bet there are many who have worked in that facility that have had bad foot injuries due to the lack of suitable footwear.

Hahaha....brother i m Nebosh certified safety engineer in Pakistan.... Sometime local owner do not provide PPEs, and if he provides, many of the PPEs are rejected by workers due to warm weather.... Here really a long time required to change the mindsets.,
