Please what is the correct cement, sand and stone ratio for the first floor decking concrete casting

The correct ratio for a normal building (two-floor building ground and first) is 1:2:4

As long as your columns and beams are strong you don’t have a problem.. blocks are just used to partition areas of interest, structurally they play a very minimal role

Please 4 bedrooms that does that mean the decking is covering 4 bedrooms or just 2 bedrooms on ground floor

This is clearly oversolutioning. The rebars (iron bars) are excessive. Next time, hire a beninese or a togolese for a better material selection and usage. What I see here is ridiculously expensive.

Don't forget every building or structure has its own loading characteristics, you can't assume that all buildings are the same when it comes to the forces acting on them. Always consult the expert. Thank you

All I can see is more weight on the foundation columns as heavy tons of iron rods, including a huge amount of concrete, have been used. What kind of structural engineer are you? Learn to build light. All you have done here is to cost the financier more money as solid slab is not cost-effective for a 4 bedroom house. All that plywoods and tons of bamboo props is just waste of money. Lack of construction creativity on your part as you just presented the same boring and archaic technology being used by almost ignorant builder in Ghana. It sucks to see poor people being made to suffer more, all in the name of iron rods and concrete. You don't need all that heavy weights which comes with heavy cost. If you are a good structural engineer, you advise your client to use precast lattice girder beam and block slab. The welded lattice girders are not difficult to manufacture as Ghana has plenty of qualified welders. The moulds are so easy to make in machines abundant in Ghana. All beams can be manufactured onsite cured and installed, filled with hollow blocks or polystrene. These make the building light, as less weight on the foundation column. Ghana is a poor economy, so as a structural engineer, you must study these technologies and recommend them to your clients. Nobody is interested in dropping a bomb on this 4 bed room house that it needs a solid slab to save part of it. Prove to your clients that you can save them 30-35 percent compared to solid archaic slab. That's what i want to see. Dedicated the time to teach people how they can manufacture the beams onsite. IT IS NOT HARD AT ALL AS IT IS NOT A ROCKET SCIENCE.
