Amazing job Big Moe!! I am building my first smoker as I am new to making BBQ and i was wondering what tips or advice you have for a new pitmaster? Also what would be the easiest meat to start out with for someone who is new? And where can your rubs and sauces be purchased at?
I have known Mo for many years. At one point we worked at the same company for several years. You would have a hard time finding a nicer more down to earth guy.
