After sales service is very poor. The dealer says that Stihl does not provide spares unless a minimum order is placed for 40 000 This is looting the farmer and very unfair.The priming pump gets damaged too often.

Right now all the three are at the shop i purchased them from,for the past 20 days.The dealer says hes ordered for the priming pumps but he isn't getting delivery. There is a carborator problem too.🤔
Here in the Philippines you don't have to order that many stihl service center here always have spare parts justa take your unit to the service center.
I am sure it is not an authorised Stihl dealer. Even if you ask for a screw or nut it is available with a Stihl dealer, no minimum order requirement to any customer. Also, Stihl even provides spares for a machines even when they are discontinued. Why don't you contact Andreas Stihl Pvt Ltd? They are in your state itself, Pune

Poor video clearly your not experienced with Stihl, you have the control handle on the wrong side and it should be on the inside so it is protected, priming that amount of times is not necessary and your guard needs to be lower on the shaft……I’ve been using Stihl as an owner operator for over 35 years
