Yeah I definitely want to go back find more areas hopefully in the dry too although it didn't ride to bad considering the heavy rain right up till that morning
Nice one Tony, a long time since I've been to Triscombe but can confirm that some of the trails are pretty damned steep. Apparently they used to do uplifts there, never managed to go on a day when they were on though - a fair old climb back up as well isn't it!
@@LazyMTBrider would love to mate, bit of a mission to get there from Chester though. We were lucky, in that a mate went to uni in Bristol so knew Triscombe and the Quantocks really well. There's so much stuff around there though, from fantastic XC trails to the more gravity oriented stuff you guys rode.
This was my first time looking for steep stuff and none of us knew our way around. We just explored. There is however a clearing near a fire road and at the back of that clearing are 4 ways down. One of those 4 was the bonkers trail. Please subscribe
Glad you enjoyed! Looking forward to going back 😁
Great vid and shows Triscombe to the best and god ye it is so steep in places.
