i am from India, Mumbai and diagnosed with SCA- Type 2
what is genetic counselling?
Can you please talk about Sara scale and how is it important to us?
now that i have SCA 2 what treatment or precaution do i need to take?
Can you please Recommend some Necessary/Important EXCERCISES that i need to do?
the exercises i do walking without support for a small period/duration. carry weights of 2 kgs each dumbbells squats
rotating the ankle
