The nostalgia of watching the first episode again. Tracy Beaker was my childhood favourite show, and I'm now 30 and a mum. I should now put it on for my son.
I remember I was and still am insanely jealous of the quiet room they put Tracy when she got angry. I was a very frustrated and overwhelmed kid I remember really wanting that giant snail toy thing too! I ended up at one point putting a pillow behind my door and when things would get to much I'd open my bedroom door and hide behind it. That was my version of the quiet room!
The story of Tracy Beaker series 5 episode 4 Tracy's Fantasy were the adults turn into children would be a great video to react to

I agree! I understand if they can’t react to much of it due to the length but at least to talk about would be wonderful.
It was iconic and probably the most special thing Tracy Beaker did during my childhood imo. Some really iconic scenes there.

The Story of Tracy Beaker will always have a special place in my heart. The show was my childhood favourite and I remember rushing home after school to watch it (and let's say I never missed an episode). I am a huge Tracy Beaker and Dani Harmer fan and I'm so glad for these videos and seeing you both review the show is really awesome. I have watched many videos of Dani Harmer and only saw 1 video where Dani reviews the first episode so I'm glad to see there maybe more here to look forward to, also i hope Montanna manages to make it to one of your videos someday! 😁

In the Tracy Beaker series, Mike is like a Father Figure to Tracy, he is kind, gentle and understanding and yet, in the Dumping Ground, he seem to be more angry, bad tempered, forceful and difficult to reason with. It is quite strange how he changed between the sagas. It was great to see him return in the Beaker Girls.
He was slightly more serious in Tracy Beaker Returns, but The Dumping Ground is where he really becomes bad tempered

I can’t deny how much I love Harry Potter and how much it defined my childhood (almost as much as Tracy Beaker!) but Dani’s rant about JKR made me so happy!

I want to say in defence of Louise though, the reason she's so horrible to Tracy is cause they used to be besties in the care home together but once Tracy moved out with her new foster fam, she forgot about Louise and never contacted her again.

7:07 I used to like Harry Potter until the Casual Vacancy came out and it spoiled the mood. I know, it's a different book, but still. It happened and then when I went to the London Harry Potter studios, it just finished me. An overpriced place with terrible food and I mean that. Their bathrooms were messy and terrible, thier food was barely edible and you lose your wallet to eat that. It is crazy.

Oh I love these reaction videos. I was hooked from day one and Louise was always my favourite character including the sass. A few episodes which spring to mind are the dares one, the one when the girls go on a sleepover and I think there’s one where Louise dresses as Amber. Would love to see reactions to those.

Love it lol I commented a couple episodes ago I said it too there's no way they allow this in children's programmes now lol. I just thought of it now some of it is very EastEnders in a kids programme. I was doing binge the last couple months through the whole series I've stopped very early series 4 I've been away for a bit, IL carry on at some point. I noticed iPlayer doesn't have the movie one I had to RUclips it. I like looking back at that time period I'm the same age as Dani.

I was born in 2000 and distinctly remember being in reception class so I was like 5 , and the teacher asked what our favourite tv shows were , someone said Tracy beaker , I had no idea what it was but remember the teacher being appalled and saying 'oooh you shouldnt be watching that tracy beakers behaviour is really naughty ' i thought it was a really bad thing to watch so avoided it for years . Caught on when tracy beaker returns was released and went back and watched the original, it was shown first thing in the morning before school and it would motivate me to get out of bed! 😂😂 ❤ love your guys reaction again !! I was never all that keen on Harry Potter either.
This show helped me figure out that I was adopted after being fostered. I watch this show back feeling relatable and a lot of the emotions hit hard. JK and Elon can indeed get in the bin. Still like Potter but generally try not to support that wench.
