They won again, 2019 just finished less than an hour ago.They've got an amazing routine this year again.
It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't recovered from how good they were this year!

Such a fun reaction. Had the same reaction when I watched this live haha. They were once called the "Bathroom Break" performance but now they are one of the top squads in the Philippines
They killed it!! I'm surprised to hear they used to be a less watched team though for sure
@@DanaCBurkey Really proud of how they rose to the top. From 2011 where they ranked 6th, 2012 where they got their first podium finish in 3rd, 2013 where they got the championship, and to today where they still are the top dogs of the competition. Except their minor hiccup of not being in the top 3 back in 2017 haha.

That is the Cheerdance in the Philippines. The Criteria is 400pts for Cheer Elements and 400 pts for dance for a Total of 800 point
Breaking down Cheer Elements
100pts for each, Tossess, Pyramids, Tumbling and Stunts and whole 400 points for dance.
There are 7 teams more competing in that competition. It's here in the Philippines and the next competition is Here in November 17, 2019.

Thats the expectable in most sport events here. Or specifically in school foundation days. Performances is expected to be overwhelm and send shivers goal.

Hi Dana. This year's competition is going to be on Nov. 17. To clarify why the score is quantified big scale (like 711?! What?!!! 😱) 400 pts. go to the dance element, 100 pts. go to stunts, 100 pts. on pyramids, 100 pts. on tumblings, and 100 pts. on tosses. The highest possible score is 800 pts. though. Trivia: NU pep members are also gymnasts some of them are recruited from National Games to become pep squad member with free tuition offer in NU.

If you're not located in the Philippines you can't watch anything on the abs-cbn sports website. You need TFC and I'm pretty sure you've heard what TFC is.

That is why we love Cheerdance more compare to cheerleading. The space is bigger, the performance is longer and most of all there is a theme.

I'm planning to react to more for 2019. With it being showcase season for all star cheer I have a LOT of filming with that so I'm sticking to the current years season only for now. But I can't wait to see all the performances next month!!

I'm not 100% sure yet, but hopefully I can at least watch the top three teams. I also don't want to commit to react to all of them in case there are any major falls. I don't like reacting and representing a team through a video of a not so great run. I always want to celebrate cheer, not highlight moments that didn't quite go as planned
