The overseas phones are better and really take features away. People keep your money in your pockets. Just like the fold they lost sales and they come out with a better phone.
Hello I am elderly and have never had a mobile telephone. May I ask what telephone you would recommend for less than 600 dollars? This is all a bit confusing. Thank you.
Wait until next year will be better if you want much better improvement, because Samsung is trying to make a 500-megapixel camera for Ultra smartphones, and iPhones are trying to use Samsung's 500-megapixel camera, if Samsung makes it. But you always have to worry about the price. Next year, Samsung will only make the S26+ and S26 Ultra, because not many people buy the small phones.
I just found an unlocked one in perfect condition for 400 bucks. Guy lives 20 minutes from me. I'm thinking real hard. 😂 My S21u still works great, but my battery life is falling off.

@PollyDollyBabe obviously the Ultra is going to have the S-Pen, but I'm just gonna wait until the official launch and take these leaks with a grain of salt. It's just a week and a half away, anyway.
I was gonna upgrade my s22U, but now I'm waiting another year until we get newer batter tech & better cameras. I changed my batter and am now getting 6-8 SOT, so im good.
Unfortunately the Xiaomi 15 did not get a European release on time to circumvent the new European regulations against the charger in the box, let's see if they still have it in a global rom import if you want a 6.3" "small" phone with the bells and whistles.
So the smaller screen has a slightly lower resolution... Meaning it has the same pixel density as the others, meaning it looks the same as the others. The base model being 1080p is not an issue in the slightest. If the base model was 1440p, it'd have a way higher pixel density and look way better than the others. Resolution: it should have QHD+, but look at the PPI (Pixels per inch), it has about 416 if im not wrong which is super sharp, its small so FHD+ is enough for that size
Charging Speed: it should be 45 watts, but because of the smaller battery, it charges exactly as fast as the other 2 do, more or less
Battery: It´s smaller, but thats what you have to expect with a small phone, it´s not that simple to increase the battery so much, 4300 mAh would maybe be possible in that body size with everything else in the chassis tho, and atleast on my S23, i do get 6-8 hours of SOT, which is plenty already
Only thing i cant defend in any way is the 128 GB base variation, buy the S25 256GB or 512GB (if there´s gonna be a 512)
And also, not everyone wants to have a super large phone, the + and Ultra are way too big atleast for me, im using my S23 Base model and i love it so much, it´s the perfect size and weight, i think that is a factor that many phone reviewers often overlook because they almost always just talk about the Ultra or plus, nothing more
Exactly. This is such a ridiculous video. Form factor is the most important “spec” for me. He completely ignores this. It’s why I don’t carry around a tv 😂
@hhhmmmmmmmm i wouldnt say its the most important thing, but one of the most important ones!! Atleast a deal breaker for me if its over 6.3 inches! And same, i dont get how this is ignored so often!
@ yeah. In context n personally, it’s important. It’s the reason I have a 13 mini. Giving up 120hz, aod, better cameras n battery, etc. cannot stomach apple anymore. So excited for S25. Wife has S23 so I’m not unfamiliar.
@@hhhmmmmmmmm never had an iPhone in my life before so i cant say much, but its crazy to me how 120 hz isnt standart yet on them, but i gotta say the mini may actually be too small for me haha
And nice!! I have the exact same S23, im LOVING IT, my first flagship and im excited for One UI 7! Gonna buy a new phone once software support runs out cause i wanna have the latest one, but if this phone would have longer support i'd keep it for a few more years for sure. Atleast the newer ones get seven years, so once i do upgrade i wont have to in a long time!
The weight snd size of the phone is one of the reasons why I don't want to get a ultra but I'm mostly torn between the plus and base model. Plus that I likely would not use the pen.
