I love that this channel dives into fine details of many styles and techniques ! Either in the deep dive of porter and stouts or mixed fermentation or hops, even as a pro brewer I always learn something watching the videos, and always with good vibe and the british touch !

It may be niche, but I love it!
Easpecially the bits about dank charachters was new to me (black onion - wtf, haha!). Could easily have gone on for another 30 minutes with hopsniffing and nerdy talk with the nice people from Cloudwater.
And can we have Brad invent smelly vision already?!
Anyone fancy a hop tea now?

There was once a saying "good people drink good beer." We used to say it too. But really it seems "people drink good beer". So we work hard to find the good ones! We have got it wrong a few times but we keep trying.

At first I thought Jonny lost a bit of credibility by mistaking the Simcoe sample for Citra (and being so confident about it) but once Paul and Caitlin (Pardon my spelling if incorrect) starting talking about the lot that he chose specifically for its pineapple aroma and hints towards tropical fruit I figured, huh... Jonny knows his shit, despite being told it was Simcoe he picked out the flavour profile of Citra and therefor noticed the difference that this particular Simcoe strain has to offer. Fair play Jonny. And fair play Cloudwater for continuing to provide excellent beers for us to enjoy... Jonny we need to collab a homebrew at some point! Got a pretty mean Bourbon vanilla cacao stout that needs tweaking. Your input would be much appreciated.

We did a video on this if you want to watch. Whatever you think of it, it is vital to see this as a brand aside from them. For those new to beer it will be far from a shocker.
