    Some people say there's no need to study grammar, but I believe learning basic grammar is essential to understanding how the language works. Once we have that foundation, regular exposure to the language allows our brains to naturally absorb vocabulary and grammar through context and practice.

      Yes❤

    • @Rebecca008
      @Rebecca008 13 дней назад +1

      Agreed. Grammar explanations can help you learn it quicker than trying to just rely on exposure to the language. The exposure helps you solidify those explanations.

  • @qiqi9860
    @qiqi9860 20 дней назад +31

    1. Grammar should be used to build a basic foundation rather than obsessing over every detail. This is why a lot of beginners got stuck on beginner resources for too long.
    2. Jumping into media you can't comprehend can quickly lead to frustration. It's better to start immersing yourself once you've learned a certain number of core words-this is where tools like flashcards (e.g., Anki decks) become invaluable. That said, remember: a crucial part of language learning is accepting that you won't understand much at first. Immersion is key.
    3. Producing output is just as important. I completely agree-start practicing by repeating, speaking, and writing from the very beginning.
    4. (One more tip from me)- change your phone language to Japanese and create one RUclips account where you consume only Japanese content.

    • @tira5500
      @tira5500 20 дней назад +7

      Great tips! Just remember, if you accidentally change your phone to Japanese and can’t figure out how to switch it back, you might just become fluent out of sheer determination!😄

    I like the app a lot. It has cute interface and keeps you motivated. I especially like tree growing☺. One problem I have is with example sentences. They use kanji it didnt teach you so its difficult to guess the context. And it also would be nice if sentences had audio. But overall I have very positive experience with the app❤
