- After 28 years at KSAT, anchor Ursula Pari is retiring from the desk and has plans to travel to her hometown in Louisiana and where her family originated in Sicily. She sits down with co-anchor Steve Spriester to reminisce about her time at KSAT and the bonds they formed.
The news won’t be the same without you. You are a great news anchor and I will miss your cheerful voice!

Today, June 28, 2024 has been a very emotional day for me. Starting at 5am with Mark Austin till 5pm with Ursula Pari. I have been watching as each one says their goodbye's😢
I sure am going to miss all of you. You were like family! But life goes on and everything happens for a reason!
I'll miss Ursula and David most because I have been watching them the longest. Ursula, such a classy lady and David, so good at everything he did, especially eating. JK 😅 You two made a great team together at noon.

I just can't watch KSAT anymore since Ursula and all the greats are leaving 😢. And I still can't forget Greg Simmons left a while ago, miss him too. There was something to be said about a station who could keep so many people for so long (it was great!). There is something to be said about a station that lets everyone go all at once (and it's not nice).
