when that guy starts a grin, he reminds me of Steph Curry a little bit..You can tell this guy is used to being in charge- he has a very likeable, confident persona, that I can see would make you happy to work for him...
Be very careful when using this anchor or the numerous knockoffs. This style anchor MUST be located ON TOP of a nailed or screwed clip underneath the standing seam, read page 6 of the owner's manual. What does this mean for users on existing roofs?? It means there is no way to know where the clips are located, therefore no way to properly install this device unless you know exactly where every clip is. Also, these must be torqued to 50ft/lbs, and located 4' away from any fall hazard.

Do you have to worry about the clamp harming or scratching the panel/vertical leg?
Nope! As long as you clamp them down tight, you'll have nothing to worry about!
I have a steel sheet vertical or standinģ seam roof and these anchors look ideal for my needs. I would like to try them.
Phillip, did you ever purchase those roof anchors?
No
My roof is 6ix years old and has moss stains in areas. U want to power wash it off so i need to have fall protection gear and anchorage.
Phillip, please be careful and good luck!
