Oh yea he is leaving on the midnight train if they offer h the job. Dallas is one of the only departments that makes already certified officers attend their 20 plus week academy. Plus the pay is not worth the risk when all the departments around Dallas including the smaller ones make better and only require a short lateral program.

Lets see, maybe the city of Houston will get some respect from Austin with John Whitmire as mayor. Houston hired Austins Chief, he went to Miami, then Denver, and back to Austin. We have qualified cops on the force, use them. Theres commissioner who used to be sheriff, who used to be.....

He’s not worried about crime. he just wants to make sure how much money he makes. That’s all they care about. Give him more money so he won’t leave. what type of bull crap is that. Poverty is what we need to work on in this city

Houston police had enough time to write a billion dollars in traffic tickets this year alone.
Eddie Garcia is on video coming out as anti-constitutional carry. The 1st amendment right to carry is bad in Texas says Eddie, but only police can carry a gun because why Ed?

Many times being a so-called "Great" police chief, means you do not hold your officers accountable.. when police officers love you, That usually means there's no Accountability..

Racial bias for Garcia. What BS. Many citizens will say the opposite & kick him out.
