I've hesitating between this one and JMGO N1S Ultra. The latter is more expensive, but apparently it has better brightness and contrast. Any thoughts/recommendations guys?
The Dangbei definitely has better brightness and is 4K natively so quality of the video is slightly better too, but it's up to you which you think is more convenient for your use case. Both look good tbh.
You can adjust accordingly. There is a zoom feature that reduces it down to 50% of the size so you don't need to move the projector from your preferred location.

I Have the previous version the Mars Pro 4k very happy with the image quality and performance the only complain I have is that my gaming windows 11 pc with a AMD Radeon graphics card RX 6700XT the projector is connected in the HDMI OUT port of my Denon X3800H AV receiver capable to receiver 4k and 8k video signals the issue I have I cant enable HDR MODE on my windows because the projector cant handle 8bpc color depth . I hope this new model can handle 10bit color depth which is necessary to enable HDR on windows pc

Hay I have the same Projector it will be delivered on Saturday from Amazon they have the Projector and pole stand bundle for $1.499 how did you get the image so perfect on the screen centered.
I positioned the projector manually at the right distance so that it fits the screen perfectly. I had a lot of space to move around the projector and stand so that I didn't need to adjust keystone adjustment either.

me too , the output capabilities is a 10 10 for me specially to use this projector to connect on my gaming pc and enable HDR mode on Windows 11

I don't have plans to review the Hisense C1 but I will be reviewing the Hisense PX3 Pro when it gets released in a few months
Buy a Ultra Short throw projector... it's miles ahead of these stand off traditional projectors
