@@peterconlin2635 dont worry man, theyll probably give out predicteds or some modified version of them, and if you dont like the grades they give you theyll probably let you re-sit the exams. Just keep revising, just in case they do still test us, and stay positive! Its all gonna be OK!!

I didn’t revise for my GCSEs or mocks. Now they’re cancelled. I feel bad for the people who did revise for hours on end whilst I sat there on my pc
I did terrible in my mocks five years ago but did alright in gcse finals

You might have a point. I heard somewhere it's a fact that men tend to be funnier than women. I dont agree with your opinion on females not being funny but you do have a point there. Although I might be confusing it with men generally being stronger than women so I could be wrong.

i luckily don’t really get anxiety but god this segment makes me so stressed. imagine standing there desperately trying to think of something funny to say and praying for laughs from the audience
This might ruin the illusion of television for you, but I believe they get a chunk of the questions beforehand. Frankie Boyle once did a podcast where he was trying out jokes in front of a small audience before going on the show. He even went as far as having two versions of the same joke and asking which was better.

For me, I feel like I’d be able to make up something funny on the spot, but the delivery would ruin the joke entirely. If you have a week of preparation for jokes, always work on delivery. A knock knock joke can be hilarious if delivered correctly.
To be honest though, people would probably laugh if you froze on stage 😅
Castle Bravo Oh, I didn’t by any means try to imply that I’m funny or have the ability to make a good joke on the spot, or anything related. The reality would be me having made about 2 joke in a time span of 30 minutes and the chances of me being able to cause any kind of uproar would be thinner than a piece of paper. A few chuckles or something of the sort.
