I have never seen any kind of wallpaper / wall covering delivered without a protective wrapping - I'm not sure if you are using an interior designer but if you are shouldn't they have oversight on when things are arriving etc?
Can I just say that I empathize with you so much! I just got a new flat and it seems that nothing came out as perfect as it should have, there's flaws etc. Part of my kitchen was sent the wrong colour, waiting months for things to arrive. It feels comforting to know that these types of issues happen also to perhaps a category of people that pay for more expensive things that you do and it's not a matter of how much you pay but just the industry in general. I know the frustration.
Oh my god with the wallpaper!!! As an interior designer that's a big no! Something so delicate and expensive must be delivered to a person, with their signature and everything! Each delivery must be given to a real person, with a message beforehand to let them know that exact day it will be delivered and then a message when they arrive, sign and leave inside the property!
Your inspo pictures for your master bedroom convey a different style than the rendering of the cinema room you showed! That’s more modern minimalistic, and the bedroom is rather country, earthy and warm, elegant. Wondering if you don’t want the same style throughout the house? Excited how the house will turn out 🥰

You should work with a contractor and/or interior designer who will handle all of this. If you don't have experience remodeling, especially in a big house like this... then you're bound to make very expensive mistakes. Like, ordering mirros that don't fit? 🙄

I don’t know about other places, but in Miami things are taking forever. The wallpaper fiasco should be dealt with by the interior designer/decorator! I put wallpaper something similar behind our huge TV and it is gorgeous, completely makes the whole room. But my decorator was all over it! As a Pediatrician I have been offered buggers as a gift, so Maxi and his nose picking is hilarious but gross at the same time. LOL I think you need a more hands on decorator to relieve the stress.
